All our puppies are delivered from 2 months of age with an official veterinary booklet, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and a passport with a 14-day viral guarantee and 6-month hereditary genetic guarantee.
As an owner, you must be aware that an animal is a living being that requires care and attention. Its maintenance involves assuming the necessary costs to ensure its well-being and quality of life. In the event that, during the 14-day viral guarantee, veterinary treatment is required, we will only cover the cost of the treatment, excluding any additional expenses.
By acquiring this puppy, you acknowledge that it is subject to genetic and environmental factors that can influence its development and health. If the puppy presents a hereditary genetic defect or a hidden flaw, duly diagnosed by an accredited professional, Serproanimal S.L. commits to covering 50% of the cost of the necessary intervention or surgery to correct the condition.
In mild cases that do not require intervention, a compensation of 20% of the puppy’s price will be applied.
To activate this guarantee, the buyer must:
Present an official veterinary report confirming the diagnosis.
Notify Canarian Puppies within a maximum of 10 days from the detection of the issue.
This guarantee does not cover the costs associated with additional treatments, subsequent medications, or care resulting from the intervention.
Along with your puppy, you will receive all the necessary information for its future veterinarian, including administered vaccinations and dewormings, as well as the sealed guarantees and recommended care.
All puppies are delivered with a breeder pedigree, which includes all the details and L.O.E. (Pedigree) registration information of the parents.
If you are interested in a puppy for dog shows or breeding (it is required to be a breeder and have a homologated zoological center), please inform us before making the reservation, as this requires different conditions. In this way, we can advise you properly and ensure the puppy meets your expectations.

The cost of vaccinations following the purchase of the puppy will be borne by the buyer-owner. During the vaccination period (3 months and 15 days), the puppy may not go outside. We recommend keeping it in an indoor pet park. It is also recommended that it not have contact with other animals or be bathed. For hygiene, use baby wipes or dry shampoo.
You should follow the vaccination schedule prescribed by your veterinarian. The puppy should not be vaccinated in stressful situations, so it will need some time to adapt to its new home before vaccination.

Starting 15-20 days after the third vaccination, the puppy can receive warm baths and puppy/baby shampoo, as well as de-matting.
Our puppies are fed Royal Canin brand food. A change in diet can cause digestive problems, so it is advisable to discuss the new diet with your veterinarian beforehand.
If you change food after the above instructions, it should be mixed with the current food for 3-4 days. This will prevent sudden changes that could cause the digestive problems mentioned above.
The puppy should have access to bottled or purified mineral water. Always eat in the same place, ensuring that it is quiet, clean, and easily accessible. Also, make sure that the area is protected from both cold and heat, as both situations would cause stress and could lead to a decrease in its immune system.
The puppy should not be subjected to unnecessary stress and should not be held excessively during the first month. This will prevent it from becoming dependent and will help it learn to remain calm when its owners are not at home.

Finally, I urge you to read this carefully. Your dog and you, as the new owner, will be the main beneficiaries.
Thank you for trusting our center and giving our puppy a happy new life.
